Terms and Conditions of Service

Welcome to the Terms and Conditions of Service for Pablo Salgueiro Architectural Photographer ("Photographer"), an architectural photographer based in London. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the Photographer's services. By engaging the Photographer's services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

1. Services Provided: The Photographer provides architectural photography services to clients in London and the surrounding areas. These services include but are not limited to interior and exterior photography of buildings and structures, as well as post-production services such as retouching and editing.

2. Fees and Payment: The Photographer's fees are determined based on the scope of work, and will be communicated to the client before the start of the project. A deposit of 50% of the total fee is required to secure the booking, with the remaining balance due upon completion of the project. Payment can be made by bank transfer or via a secure online payment system.

3. Ownership and Use of Images: The Photographer retains the copyright to all images created during the project. The client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the images for the specific purposes outlined in the project brief. Any additional use of the images requires the Photographer's prior written consent.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling: If the client cancels the project within 30 days of the scheduled shoot date, the deposit will be forfeited. If the client requests to reschedule the shoot date within 15 days of the scheduled date, a rescheduling fee of 20% of the total fee may be applied.

5. Liability: The Photographer takes all reasonable care in the creation of images, but cannot be held liable for any loss, damage or expense incurred by the client or any third party as a result of the services provided. The client is responsible for obtaining any necessary permits, permissions or licenses required for the project.

6. Confidentiality: The Photographer will not disclose any confidential or proprietary information provided by the client, and will take all reasonable steps to protect the client's confidential information.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction: These terms and conditions are governed by English law, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
